Comment about People Who Attack Islam

I've noticed that many of the more clever debaters and anti-Islamists, instead of focusing on the facts and evidence I present, instead do their best to make me look like a bad person through insinuations and other irrelevant comments.

Whenever you take a quote from the Qur'an, they will often just ignore it and respond with something about a Hadith or an insult:

Example:

sahih muslum hadith1787 narrated by obey ibn kaab

sahih bukhari 3.601 nar. by omar ibn khatab

sahih bukhari 4.442 nar. ibn abbas

al tarmidi 2215 obey ibn kaab

why in these hadiths ? muslums are fighting and confused over which recitation is quran?
di yulla! lets hear you excuses!
these are muslums fighting during the time of muhammad remember muslums when answering.

    Muslims believe that Islam started long before the Prophet Muhammad's time and was the same religion taught by the previous religions and Prophets.

    Qur'an 42:13 The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah - the which We have sent by inspiration to thee - and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: Namely, that ye should remain steadfast in religion, and make no divisions therein: to those who worship other things than Allah, hard is the (way) to which thou callest them.
